Our Services

At Tayla's Place, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to support individuals in living their best life. Our services include Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination, helping navigate and manage supports and services. We also provide Direct Support in areas such as personal care, cleaning, gardening, social support, and support to access the community. Whatever your needs, we are here to offer personalised care and assistance, ensuring you receive the support you deserve.

Support Coordination

Level 2 and 3 Support Coordination helps individuals with complex needs to effectively manage and implement their NDIS plans. We provide guidance, support, and expertise to ensure participants access the right services and achieve their goals.

NDIS Funding

NDIS Funded Supports are services provided to individuals with a disability through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We offer support to people who are self-managed, plan-managed, or agency-managed, ensuring that participants can access the services they need, regardless of their management type. These supports are designed to help individuals achieve their goals, live independently, and participate fully in their communities.

Direct Care

Direct Care includes personal care assistance, support with daily tasks, and help accessing community services and transport. It is designed to assist individuals with maintaining independence and participating fully in their daily life and community activities.

Aged Care Funding

While we don’t manage the funding for Aged Care Self-Managed Packages, we provide services and directly invoice the client's aged care package for the support we deliver. This allows individuals to access essential services such as personal care, cleaning, gardening, and social support, all while maintaining control over their care choices and budget.

Cleaning & Gardening

Cleaning and Gardening services provide assistance with maintaining a clean and tidy home environment and managing outdoor spaces. These services help individuals maintain their independence by ensuring their living spaces are safe, functional, and enjoyable.

Self Funded

Self-Funded Services, we provide a range of support tailored to individuals who prefer to pay for their services privately. These services can include personal care, household assistance, social support, and community access. We work with clients to ensure their needs are met, offering flexibility and ensuring they receive the highest standard of care, all while invoicing directly for the services provided.

Conflict of Interest Disclaimer

At Tayla’s Place, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical practice. While we proudly offer both Support Coordination and Direct Support services, we do not provide both services to the same participant or their immediate family members under any circumstances.

This clear separation is a core part of our commitment to best practice and minimising any potential or perceived conflict of interest. To maintain this integrity:

  • We utilise separate CRM (Client Record Management) systems for Support Coordination and Direct Support services.

  • Access to each system is strictly limited. Support Coordinators and Direct Support staff (excluding the Director) do not have access to the other service’s CRM system.

  • Our internal processes are designed to protect participant choice and control, and to maintain independence in service delivery and decision-making.

This approach reflects our values of honesty, transparency, accountability, and respect for each participant’s autonomy, and ensures we remain compliant with NDIS Practice Standards and uphold community trust.

* If a participant chooses to transition from one service type to another (e.g., from Support Coordination to Direct Support or vice versa), this decision is fully respected in line with the NDIS principles of participant choice and control. However, the participant must be fully offboarded from the initial service before any re-engagement can occur to maintain clear service boundaries and uphold ethical practice.
